Employee Incentive Program
This program was designed to improve customer service and sales of reprints and enlargements by giving employees incentives based on the number of prints sold. Employees could choose prizes from one of three categories depending on the average number of prints sold each day by the team. At the end of the promotion, the dealer totaled the points and faxed in an order form, and the fulfillment center shipped the prizes right to the store.
